Lainey Wilson had an EPIC weekend!

When you're hot, you're hot, and Lainey Wilson is ON FIRE! Thursday night in Knoxville, Lainey Wilson and Hardy kicked off their fall tour together. Before the show, Lainey and Hardy were presented with plaques to commemorate their duet "Wait In The Truck" going platinum, meaning it has sold over one million copies! And then Friday night, it was off to Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Saturday morning, the debut of the reboot of "ESPN's College Game Day's" theme song was unveiled, featuring Lainey, Darius Rucker, and The Cadillac Three with their spin on Big & Rich's "Coming To Your City.". And then Saturday night, Lainey made a massive return to her home state of Louisiana to perform in New Orleans with Garth Brooks and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at the first ever Sugar Bowl Country Kick Off at the Superdome.

When Lainey took the stage, she had every one of those tens of thousands of fans on their feet and they didn't let up for one second. She received THE MOST INCREDIBLE "Welcome Home To Louisiana" from every single person in the Superdome! She was absolute fire. And getting to open for Garth Brooks in her home state? How cool is THAT?!

I was lucky enough to get to say hi to Lainey before the show and I congratulated her on her immense success. She told me she was "just gettin' started." And how much do I LOVE to hear that?! Let's GEAUX, Lainey!!! I can't wait to see what's next for her!

Her amazing weekend was recapped on her Instagram page...
