The study found that older siblings are more likely to speed, break traffic laws, use a phone while driving and get into accidents. (Metro)

            

So feeling bad about feeling bad actually makes you feel worse. Yep, according to a new study, when you are feeling down, you should just let yourself feel that way, because if you beat yourself up about it, or force yourself to “snap out of it,” you will end up feeling worse. "We found that people who habitually accept their negative emotions experience fewer negative emotions, which adds up to better psychological health," said study senior author Iris Mauss, an associate professor of psychology at UC Berkeley.
